▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of sheath-core type graphene-doped conductive fiber and yarn involves separately dissolving polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate in water, heating, mixing obtained solution, adding graphene powder to prepare uniform spinning solution, passing spinning solution through a spinning hole, injecting into a coagulation bath, collecting fiber, winding on a Teflon (RTM: PTFE) roller by motor, drying in an infrared baking lamp, immersing fiber in graphene oxide gel, drying, soaking fiber in reducing agent, washing fiber, drying, twisting fiber to obtain sheath-core type graphene-doped conductive yarn, subjecting fibers and yarns to electrothermal performance test and clamping fibers at both ends of constant voltage source, and monitoring temperature change by an infrared camera after energization. USE - Production of sheath-core type graphene-doped conductive fiber and yarn. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple production of sheath-core type graphene-doped conductive fiber and yarn with improved electrical conductivity, mechanical properties and flexibility.
