▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Cable material comprises 55-69 pts. wt. silicon rubber, 22-30 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 15-25 pts. wt. diphenyl silicon diol, 10-18 pts. wt. nanotitanium dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. modified polytetrafluorethylene, preferably 82 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 45 pts. wt. ammonium bicarbonate and 17 pts. wt. calcium silicate, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-9 pts. wt. calcined clay, 1-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing active agent, 1-4 pts. wt. anti-aging agent and 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. The preparation of cable material comprises placing polytetrafluoroethylene in a reaction kettle, heating to 340 degrees C until completely dissolved, adding calcium silicate, slowly stirring for 15 minutes, heating to 380 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 1.5 hours, adding ammonium bicarbonate, heating to 390 degrees C, stopping heating, slowly cooling to room temperature and taking out. USE - Used as cable material. ADVANTAGE - The material: is cold-resistant; has good flexibility and installation convenience; and can meet the transmission requirements of power and signals in polar base stations or other extremely cold environments.
