▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of an aqueous graphene conductive paste involves: dissolving sodium lignosulfonate in water, then adding the prepared graphene oxide, an ammoniated maleic anhydride aqueous solution, ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite, reacting the mixture at 35-40 degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours, filtering the reacted graphene, and drying to obtain the graft reduced graphene oxide; dispersing rosin modified maleic acid resin into water to obtain an aqueous solution of the rosin modified maleic acid resin; and dispersing the graft reduced graphene oxide and nano-scale carbon black according to the mass ratio of 3:1 in the aqueous solution of the rosin modified maleic acid resin, adding an auxiliary agent and mixing. The auxiliary agent is an antifoaming agent, a dispersing agent or other auxiliary agents. USE - Method for preparing an aqueous graphene conductive paste useful in an radio frequency identification tag (claimed), transparent electrodes, and flexible display screens. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide is grafted, so that the stability of the graphene oxide is improved, and the graphene oxide which is not easy to agglomerate can be widely used. The grafted polymer can enhance the bonding force with the resin, so that the adhesion between the conductive paste and the base material is enhanced. The conductive paste prepared is a water-based paste and avoids using organic solvent, is green and environment-friendly, is convenient to operate, has short production period, and is easy to realize industrial production.
