▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A palladium chloride/copper-carbon nanotube graphite catalyst comprises catalyst carrier comprising carbon nanotube-graphene composite material, active component comprising bivalent copper salt copper chloride, copper nitrate, cupric acetate or copper sulfate, and catalyst additive comprising palladium chloride with copper doped quantity of 0.1-2 wt.% and palladium doped quantity of 0.010-0.025%. USE - Palladium chloride/copper-carbon nanotube graphite catalyst used for gas phase oxidation carbonyl synthesis of diethyl carbonate (claimed), methyl carbonate and diethyl carbonate. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has high conversion rate target product selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of palladium chloride/copper-carbon nanotube graphite catalyst comprising drying graphite oxide at 900 degrees C for 1 hour in muffle furnace, doping copper, placing into ammonium carbonate aqueous solution, adding dropwise divalent copper salt copper chloride, copper nitrate, cupric acetate or copper sulfate under stirring condition, standing, filtering, drying, heating, grinding into powder, putting into chemical gas phase depositing furnace, introducing carbon source gas, dipping additive palladium chloride, and drying.
