NOVELTY - The method comprises mixing carbon powder, organic binder and solvent to obtain a mixed slurry, coating the carbon fiber mesh with the mixed slurry to obtain a prefabricated meshes sieve, laying the prefabricated mesh tires in layers and needle punching to obtain a first carbon/carbon preform, impregnating the first carbon/carbon preform in a graphene dispersion and drying to obtain a second carbon/carbon preform containing graphene, where the second carbon/carbon preform is carbon-deposited by a vapor deposition method, and then performing calcination to obtain a carbon/carbon electrode material. USE - The carbon/carbon electrode material is useful in preparing electrodes (claimed), and preparing monocrystalline silicon furnace heating electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of the carbon/carbon electrode material with low resistivity; reduces silicon corrosion degree of the electrode; and improves service life of the electrode.
