▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The switch has a combined slot structure unit formed with a central rectangular opening groove that is fixed with a rectangular slot. A left side of the rectangular slot is fixed with a first left rectangle opening groove. A second left rectangular opening groove is fixed with a third left rectangular opening groove. A groove structure graphene layer (2) detects a terahertz signal and vertical input from a geometric center. A base (1) controls on-off of graphene dielectric constant laser to control output of terahertz wave transmission and realize switch function. USE - Graphene based periodic slot terahertz wave switch. ADVANTAGE - The switch is simple and compact structure, easy to integrate and small in size, and has high response speed.
