NOVELTY - The preparation of foam material involves (1) dispersing graphene in organic solvent, adding thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, dissolving to obtain mixed solution, pouring mixed solution into coagulation bath for sedimentation, drying precipitated mixture, pulverizing, (2) dissolving in organic solvent to obtain mixed casting solution, coating film with doctor blade, subjecting to phase separation to obtain micro-foamed film, drying, and (3) overlapping the micro-foamed film between the glue layers. USE - Preparation method of thermoplastic polyurethane/graphene foam material used as electromagnetic shielding material and wave absorbing material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of thermoplastic polyurethane/graphene foam material with excellent shielding performance and absorbing performance, and has lightweight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of thermoplastic polyurethane/graphene foam material in electromagnetic shielding applications.
