NOVELTY - Benzene and sulfur dioxide cataluminescence sensitive material comprises graphene, bismuth (III) oxide, lead (II) oxide and indium. The preparation comprises adding natural graphite into sulfuric acid, and oleum, stirring, adding phosphoric acid and natural graphite with equal weight, continuing stirring at constant temperature, carrying out suction filtration and filtering, washing using water, using filtered cake, adding potassium permanganate and concentrated sulfur acid and raising temperature. USE - Used as benzene and sulfur dioxide cataluminescence sensitive material. ADVANTAGE - The material is suitable for sensitive gas sensor material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Benzene and sulfur dioxide cataluminescence sensitive material comprises 10-20 wt.% graphene, 15-25 wt.% bismuth (III) oxide, 14-24 wt.% lead (II) oxide and 45-60 wt.% indium. The preparation comprises (i) adding natural graphite into sulfuric acid, and oleum, stirring at 40 degrees C for 2 hours, adding phosphoric acid and natural graphite with equal weight, continuing stirring at constant temperature for 3 hours, carrying out suction filtration and filtering, washing using water, using filtered cake, adding 15 wt.% potassium permanganate and concentrated sulfur acid, raising temperature to 45-55 degrees C continuing stirring for 2 hours, adding 25 wt.% hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution with no bubble, continuing stirring at constant temperature for 1 hour, carrying out suction filtration and washing using water to neutralize to obtain graphene (ii) using bismuth dissolving in 10-20 wt.% oxalic acid, to form solution A, using lead acetate, dissolving in 20-30 wt.% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, and citric acid solution to form solution B, using isobutanol dissolving in 30-40 wt.% indium nitrate, to form solution C under continuous stirring, using solution A and solution B and adding solution C, stirring for 2 hours, adding agar powder with continuous stirring to form gel, using gel, drying using box-type resistance furnace at rate of 3 degrees C/minute, heating to 200-250 degrees C for 4 hours, continuing drying at 3 degrees C and heating at 450-500 degrees C for 3 hours, cooling to room temperature to obtain product, continuous stirring, adding metal oxide, adding 20 wt.% hydrated hydrazine, graphene oxide, raising temperature to 40 degrees C, stirring for 4 hours, carrying out irradiation using 300 w xenon lamp for 3 hours, filtering using deionized water, washing for 3 times, vacuum oven drying at 60 degrees C, to obtain the product.
