NOVELTY - Microwave preparation of graphene, involves preprocessing expanded graphite under microwave radiation conditions, and ultrasonically treating pretreated expanded graphite in N,N-dimethylformamide aqueous solution in the presence of a catalyst. USE - Microwave preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and easy large-scale microwave preparation of high-quality graphene with reduced defects, with high yield and low energy consumption.
