NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene conductive material involves pre-processing graphene, adding to ethyl cellulose ethanol solution, and stirring to obtain mixed solution, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, and ultrasonically dispersing under ice bath condition to obtain dispersion solution, adding deionized water, separating and centrifuging, and removing supernatant to obtain precipitate, drying precipitate, adding to ethanol solution, dripping reducing agent, heating and stirring to obtain mixture, adding aqueous ammonia, adjusting the pH value, and ultrasonically dispersing. USE - Preparation method of graphene conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene conductive material with excellent electrical performance, by economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene conductive material involves (a) pre-processing graphene, adding to ethyl cellulose ethanol solution in mass-volume ratio of 3-5%, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed solution, (b) adding 35-45 %mass hydrogen peroxide solution to the mixed solution, and ultrasonically dispersing for 30-45 minutes under ice bath condition to obtain dispersion solution, (c) adding deionized water to the dispersion solution, separating and centrifuging for 15-20 minutes under the rotating speed of 5000-7000 rpm, and removing the supernatant to obtain precipitate, (d) drying the precipitate at 60-80 degrees C for 20-25 minutes, adding to the ethanol solution, dripping reducing agent, heating and stirring at 100-120 degrees C for 30-40 minutes to obtain mixture (I), (e) adding 35-45 %mass aqueous ammonia to the mixture (I), adjusting the pH value to 8-9, and ultrasonically dispersing for 50-60 minutes to obtain mixture (II), and (f) adding polyethylene and adhesive to the mixture (II), uniformly stirring, dripping hydrochloric acid solution to adjust the pH value to 4-5, drying at 80-90 degrees C for 12-24 hours, and molding.
