NOVELTY - A protein-polymer-graphene oxide nanocomposite comprises graphene oxide, polymer derived from natural product, and protein derived from natural product. USE - Nanocomposite is used for manufacturing protein-polymer-graphene oxide nanocomposite film in manufacture of article e.g. tissue engineering support, drug carrier and bio-chip (all claimed) in biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly and biodegradable protein-polymer-graphene oxide nanocomposite enables manufacture of superhydrophobic film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of protein-polymer-graphene oxide nanocomposite, which involves preparing protein solution by dispersing the protein, preparing polymer solution by dispersing the polymer, mixing protein solution and polymer solution, adding graphene oxide dispersion solution prepared by dispersing the graphene oxide, stirring, and reacting; and (2) manufacture of protein-polymer-graphene oxide nanocomposite film.
