NOVELTY - Rubber composition comprises 100 pts. wt. raw rubber, 8-50 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 0.5-3 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. accelerator, 2-8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 4-10 pts. wt. active agent, 3-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.5-3 pts. wt. tear resistant auxiliary agent, and 0.5-3 pts. wt. leveling agent. The specific preparation method comprises e.g. after rubber breaking, roller plasticating, cooling, adding raw rubber into the internal mixer, automatic pressurizing and mixing; adding active agent, anti-aging agent, plasticizer, anti-tearing resin, leveling agent, automatic pressurizing and mixing; filling reinforcing agent, mixing; discharging glue, adding vulcanizing agent and accelerant, using cutting knife; sweeping; turning on roller, and thinning USE - Rubber composition is used for shock absorption product of commercial vehicle. Uses include but are not limited to automobile shock absorber, engine suspension and chassis lining. The raw rubber is a composition of 50-85 pts. wt. natural rubber, 10-30 pts. wt. isoprene rubber and 5-20 pts. wt. butadiene-isoprene copolymerized rubber. The specific preparation method comprises: (1) after rubber breaking, using open mill two sections of plasticating, roller plasticating for 12 minutes, cooling, after 8 hours, performing the next plasticating, plasticity is 3.3; (2) maintaining feeding temperature at 80 ℃, adding raw rubber into the internal mixer, automatic pressurizing and mixing; adding active agent, anti-aging agent, plasticizer, anti-tearing resin, leveling agent, automatic pressurizing and mixing; after minute, filling reinforcing agent, automatic pressurizing banburying; after 4 minutes, sweeping, automatically pressurizing and mixing; discharging glue after 2 minutes; the glue discharging temperature is 140 ℃; (3) opening mill for one section processing, the roller distance is 2 mm, the roller temperature is 60℃, thinning for three times; turn on the roller distance at 6 mm, tamping for 2 minutes; setting the roller distance to be 8 mm, and taking out the sheet; (4) opening mill second section processing, the roller distance is 6 mm, the roller temperature is 60℃, heat smelting for 2 minutes; turn on distance is adjusted to 2 mm, thinning one time; adding vulcanizing agent and accelerant, turning, using cutting knife; sweeping; turning; using cutting knife for 2 times; turning on electric fan, mashing glue for 2 minutes; turning on roller, distance is adjusted to 2 mm, thinning for 3 times; the roller distance is adjusted to 10 mm, and lower strip to obtain the product.
