NOVELTY - Organic copper antibacterial polyester fiber comprises 90-95 pts. wt. polyester fiber raw material, 5-10 pts. wt. functional additive and 1-5 pts. wt. organic copper antibacterial agent masterbatch, where the organic copper antibacterial agent masterbatch comprises organic copper antibacterial agent and polyester resin, and the organic copper antibacterial agent is a solid powder of an organic copper compound containing a copper phthalate structure (I). USE - As organic copper antibacterial polyester fiber. ADVANTAGE - The organic copper antibacterial polyester fiber has excellent scale effect, increases the melting temperature and heat-resistant temperature of the antibacterial agent, avoids the decomposition and migration of the antibacterial agent during high-temperature processing and use, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Organic copper antibacterial polyester fiber comprises 90-95 pts. wt. polyester fiber raw material, 5-10 pts. wt. functional additive and 1-5 pts. wt. organic copper antibacterial agent masterbatch, where the organic copper antibacterial agent masterbatch comprises organic copper antibacterial agent and polyester resin, and the organic copper antibacterial agent is a solid powder of an organic copper compound containing a copper phthalate structure of formula (I).
