NOVELTY - Preparing carbon based nano complex flexible electrode comprises e.g. manufacturing mold according human skin texture, placing porous bubble metal on the groove surface of the mold, mixing graphene and carbon nano tube to obtain the mixture, dissolving in 5-8% polydimethylsiloxane and adding SYLGARD184 (RTM: Curing agent) curing agent to obtain liquid slurry, applying the liquid slurry on mold groove, heating to the liquid slurry film, removing cured film, and etching porous bubble metal on the cured film for 3-5 hours using diluted hydrochloric acid or ferric chloride solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon based nano complex flexible electrode. ADVANTAGE - The therapy device: is comfortable to wear; has good conductivity; and prevents growth of bacteria. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing carbon based nano complex flexible electrode comprises (i) manufacturing mold according human skin texture, placing porous bubble metal on the groove surface of the mold, (ii) mixing graphene and carbon nano tube in the mass ratio of 1:1-1:1.5 to obtain the mixture, dissolving in 5-8% polydimethylsiloxane and adding SYLGARD184 (RTM: Curing agent) curing agent in the mass ratio of 10:1 to obtain liquid slurry, (iii) applying the liquid slurry on mold groove, heating at 75-85 degrees C to the liquid slurry film, (iv) removing cured film, etching porous bubble metal on the cured film for 3-5 hours using diluted hydrochloric acid or ferric chloride solution to obtain porous cured film, and (v) coating adhesive material on porous cured film surface to obtain carbon based nano complex flexible electrode. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for micro smart acupuncture therapy device based on carbon nano complex flexible electrode comprising therapy stimulation unit and a signal control and processing unit, where the therapy stimulation unit comprises a carbon nano tube complex flexible electrode, the signal control and processing unit comprises a microcontroller module, a power supply module, a bluetooth module I, a waveform generating module and a pulse transformer module; the microcontroller module is collects data, and controls transmission level of an external signal interface module, and output waveform data of different types; the power module converts the battery voltage into a working voltage required by the microcontroller module, bluetooth module I, waveform generation module and the pulse transformer module; the Bluetooth module I send and receive serial data between the microcontroller modules; the waveform generation module receives the control data of the microcontroller module and converts the control data into different types of analog pulse signals and drives the rear pulse transformer module; the pulse transformer module receives the pulse signal of the waveform generation module and boosts the pulse signal to output and drive the carbon nano complex flexible electrode.
