NOVELTY - Antistatic polyamide composite material comprises 20-80 pts. wt. aliphatic/aromatic dibasic acid, 0.2-10 pts. wt. dibasic acid containing sulfonate group, 20-80 pts. wt. aliphatic diamines, 2-30 pts. wt. graphene aqueous solution, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. capping agent, 0.01-0.06 pts. wt. catalyst, and 30-160 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as antistatic polyamide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic polyamide composite material has good antistatic properties, good mechanical properties, excellent compatibility, better heat resistance and higher heat distortion temperature. The method is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antistatic polyamide composite material comprises (i) taking 20-80 pts. wt. aliphatic / aromatic dibasic acid, 0.2-10 pts. wt. dibasic acid containing sulfonate groups, 20-80 pts. wt. aliphatic diamine, 2-30 pts. wt. graphene aqueous solution, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. capping agent, 0.01-0.06 pts. wt. catalyst and 30-160 pts. wt. deionized water, adding into the autoclave, (ii) vacuum-filling the autoclave with nitrogen, replacing the air in the autoclave, introducing nitrogen to a pressure of 30-50 kPa, (iii) heating the autoclave, warming up to the first temperature and reacting at constant temperature for 1-3 hours, (iv) heating up to the second temperature and pressure is 1-3 MPa, and releasing the water vapor in the autoclave, where pressure is maintained at 1-3 Mpa, (v) heating temperature for 1-3 hours until the temperature reaches the third temperature, relieving the pressure , while keeping the temperature constant, relieving the pressure in the reactor to atmospheric pressure for 0.5-2 hours until no tail gas escapes, and (vi) completing reaction, filling reactor with nitrogen until the pressure reaches 0.5-1 Mpa, pressing material out of the pull bar and pelletize to obtain the antistatic polyamide composite material.
