NOVELTY - Preparing degradable silk involves drying the degradable silk main material by drier at 60-120 degrees C, mixing the dried degradable silk main material with auxiliary agent, mixing formulation is 70-99.5 wt.% degradable silk main material, 0.5-30 wt.% auxiliary agent, placing the mixed material into an extruder to extrude. The extruder temperature is 120-250 degrees C. The extruded molten state resin is cooled and molded and stretched. The stretching ratio is 1-8 times. The product after stretching by shaping, shaping temperature is 50-250 degrees C. The shaped product is recycled to obtain the degradable silk product. The degradable silk main material is polylactic acid, polybutylene succinate, terephthalic acid acid/butanedioic acid ester, polysuccinic acid-terephthalic acid polycaprolactone, polyglycolide, poly-3-hydroxybutyric acid, poly-3-hydroxybutyric acid-3-hydroxyvalerate, carbon dioxide and propylene oxide copolymer, poly-hydroxyl fatty acid ester. USE - Method for preparing degradable silk. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to obtain a degradable silk with excellent elasticity and strength, and can be compared with the traditional plastic brush silk in the aspects of temperature resistance, elasticity and strength. The method uses relatively simple processing technique.
