NOVELTY - A soil conditioner comprises 20-30 pts. wt. chitosan/graphene oxide composite material, 5-10 pts. wt. silicate, 15-25 pts. wt. slaked lime, 3-5 pts. wt. bentonite, 5-10 pts. wt. biomass waste material, 20-25 pts. wt. organic fertilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. humic acid and 1-3 pts. wt. binder. USE - Soil conditioner is useful for improving soil and reducing heavy metal activity (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The soil conditioner can be prepared in economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of soil conditioner, which involves weighing raw materials and then uniformly mixing, crushing the mixture and then sintering and drying; and (2) improving soil, which involves selecting land and then plowing under depth of 20-30 cm or 50-60 cm, digging the soil, applying soil conditioner and processing.
