NOVELTY - A heating paint comprises 20-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-12 pts. wt. nano silica, 30-50 pts. wt. emulsion, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 3-10 pts. wt. bentonite, 3-8 pts. wt. diatom mud, 5-16 pts. wt. nano microbeads, 3-12 pts. wt. heat conductive filler, 2-5 pts. wt. additive, and 40-80 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Heating paint. ADVANTAGE - The heating paint has excellent heat insulation effect at same time excellent thermal insulation performance, low pollution, and can adsorb and decompose indoor odors which is conducive to protecting environment and human health. The preparation process is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of heating paint, which involves adding 20-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-12 pts. wt. nano silica, 30-50 pts. wt. emulsion, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 3-10 pts. wt. bentonite, 3-8 pts. wt. diatom mud, 5-16 pts. wt. nano microbeads, 3-12 pts. wt. heat conductive filler, 2-5 pts. wt. additive, and 40-80 pts. wt. deionized water, grinding bentonite, diatom mud, and thermally conductive filler, filtering through screen for use, feeding epoxy resin, emulsion, and deionized water in mixer with stirring speed of 200-500 rpm for 25-40 minutes, adjusting speed of blender to 300-600 rpm, adding nano-silica, graphene, bentonite, diatom mud, nano-beads, and thermally conductive filler, mixing, stirring 30-50 minutes, adjusting speed of mixer to 500-800 rpm, feeding additive agent in mixture, mixing it for 20-50 minutes to produce energy-saving and environmentally-friendly heating paint.
