▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene conductive foam comprises 5-20 wt.% foam matrix, 1-2 wt.% sodium nitrate, 80-90 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid, 1-1.5 wt.% graphite, 6-10 wt.% potassium permanganate, 5-7 wt.% 30% hydrogen peroxide, 1-5 wt.% binder, 6-10 wt.% reducing agent, 25-35 wt.% 5% hydrochloric acid solution, 15-35 wt.% furfuryl alcohol, and 1-10 wt.% oxalic acid. USE - Graphene conductive foam. ADVANTAGE - The conductive foam has low density and high conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene conductive foam comprising preparing graphene oxide by mixing sodium nitrate with concentrated sulfuric acid, adding graphite into solution, adding potassium permanganate, reacting at 20-30 degrees C with 40-50 revolutions/minute stirring for 30-40 minutes, heating further to 35-40 degrees C for 65-95 minutes, adding water with 60-80 revolutions/minute stirring, heating to 85-95 degrees C for 60-90 minutes, adding 30% hydrogen peroxide, stirring for 5-8 minutes, filtering, washing residue with 5% hydrochloric acid solution to remove sulfate, dispersing washed product with water, centrifuging at 1000-2000 revolutions/minute, and drying residue in vacuum oven at 60-70 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide; preparing graphene solution by dispersing obtained graphene oxide in furfuryl alcohol, heating mixture to 75-85 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours to form homogeneous mixture with 1-8 mg graphene oxide/mL furfuryl alcohol concentration, adding oxalic acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain graphene solution; impregnating foam matrix with graphene solution by padding process; and removing foam from graphene solution, and immersing it in aqueous solution of reducing agent and binder to obtain graphene conductive foam.
