NOVELTY - Sealing gasket comprises 50-60 pts. wt. styrene- butadiene-rubber, 30-40 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. oxidized paraffin, 5-10 pts. wt. amino silicone oil, 20-25 pts. wt. thiol-based fluorosilicon acrylic ester polymer, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide fiber, 1-5 pts. wt. Kevlar fibers (RTM: Para-aramid synthetic fibers), 1-5 pts. wt. organic zinc surface modified zinc oxide nano fibers and 1-5 pts. wt. bis(3-trimethoxysilylpropyl)(E)-but-2-enedioate. USE - Used as sealing gasket. ADVANTAGE - The sealing gasket has good sealing effect, excellent abrasion, corrosion, slackening and heat aging resistance and long shelf life; is safe and environmentally-friendly; and preparation process is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing sealing gasket, comprising (i) adding all ingredients in the mixer in accordance with the composition, mixing for 7-10 minutes at 60-70 degrees C, sealing for 20-30 minutes, and adding it into the preforming machine to obtain rubber; and (ii) opening and shaping rubber at 60-70 degrees C by an open mill, adding shaped rubber into the mold of the vulcanization equipment, vulcanizing, trimming finally and checking the size and appearance.
