NOVELTY - A cyclopentane-1,3-dione-based polymer (I) is new. USE - New cyclopentane-1,3-dione-based polymer is used as conductive adhesive for producing lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cyclopentane-1,3-dione-based polymer is highly uniform and stable, does not dissolve during use in a solution state, thus improving production efficiency, and can easily cause gelation when hydrogen fluoride is removed in water environment. The cyclopentane-1,3-dione-based polymer conductive adhesive can improve rate performance, high- and low-temperature charge and discharge performance, and cycle life of the lithium-ion battery, increase proportion of active materials in electrode materials, improve dispersion of conductive material, and increase transmission rate of electrons. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cyclopentane-1,3-dione-based polymer of formula (I) is new. E = group of formula (a1); rings A,B',C',D' = group chosen from groups of formulae (a2)-(a4);and a-d = 11, 10, 6, 5, 3, or 0. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polymer (I).
