▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A laminate comprising several flexible graphite sheets which comprises graphene layers is formed. The graphene layers of the laminate are aligned and a graphite article is produced. USE - For producing graphite article, for thermal solution which dissipates heat from heat source such as an electronic component. ADVANTAGE - The graphite articles possess high degree of anisotropy with respect to thermal and electrical conductivity, and fluid diffusion, comparable to natural graphite starting material due to orientation of expanded graphite particles parallel to opposed faces of sheet obtained after compression. The sheet material has excellent flexibility, good strength and high degree of orientation. The thermal solution has high degree of thermal anisotropic ratio. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a laminate; and (2) a thermal solution comprising several flexible graphite sheets.
