▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene cathode material comprises mixing graphene material and etchant for etching treatment to obtain porous graphene, mixing with nitrogen-containing solvent and subjecting to doping treatment under closed solvent-thermal condition. USE - The method is preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene cathode material for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The methods prepares nitrogen-doped graphene cathode material being used in lithium ion battery to obtain high specific capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) nitrogen-doped graphene cathode material comprising 40-50 wt.% pyridine nitrogen, 33-40 wt.% pyrrole nitrogen and 15-25 wt.% graphite nitrogen, being measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy; and (2) lithium ion battery comprising anode; cathode including nitrogen-doped graphene cathode material; diaphragm; and electrolyte.
