▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Extracting a target nucleic acid using magnetic nanoparticles, involves: (i) mixing and reacting a sample containing the target nucleic acid and the magnetic nanoparticles-graphene oxide complex; (ii) separating the nucleic acid-magnetic nanoparticles-graphene oxide complex by applying a magnetic field to the mixture of step (i); (iii) removing impurities attached to the nucleic acid-magnetic nanoparticles-graphene oxide complex of step (ii); (iv) adding a separation solution to the nucleic acid-magnetic nanoparticle-graphene oxide complex from which the impurities of step (iii) have been removed so that the nucleic acid is dissolved from the magnetic nanoparticle-graphene oxide complex into a separation solution; and (v) removing the magnetic nanoparticles-graphene oxide complex by applying a magnetic field to the mixture of step (iv). USE - The method is useful for extracting target nucleic acid using magnetic nanoparticles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nucleic acid extraction method based on the magnetic nanoparticles-graphene oxide complex can extract nucleic acids such as RNA or DNA from various samples in inexpensive and convenient way. The method has simple manufacturing process. The stability of the composite is improved.
