▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of strong organic solvent-resistant polysulfone separation membrane involves adding 0.01-10 wt.% nanoparticles of porous nanomaterial to a strong polar aprotic organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing the nanoparticles in the solvent, adding 15-30 wt.% bisphenol A-type polysulfone, stirring to obtain a casting membrane solution, preparing a polysulfone separation membrane by a solution phase inversion method, dissolving a catalyst in a crosslinking agent to prepare a crosslinking agent solution, placing the polysulfone separation membrane in the crosslinking agent solution, heating in an oil bath, performing electrophilic substitution reaction of cumene structure in the polysulfone molecular chain through the crosslinking agent, washing obtained crosslinked polysulfone separation membrane, and activating with an acid solution or an ethanol solution. The crosslinking agent is a substance capable of performing electrophilic reaction with an electrophilic reagent. USE - Preparation of strong organic solvent-resistant polysulfone separation membrane (claimed) used in nuclear fuel and metal refining, gas separation, seawater desalination, ultrapure water preparation, sewage treatment, medicine, food, agriculture and chemical industry. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple steps, mild crosslinking condition, which is good for preparing large area of the polysulfone separation membrane with strong organic solvent. The polysulfone film after cross-linking embodies good strong organic solvent resistance, overcomes the problem that the existing polysiloxane film cannot be used under the strong condition organic solvent, and exhibits excellent tolerance, long-term using flux attenuation is less than 20% (preferably less than 5%) and excellent mechanical performance. The method is simple, the film is easy to be produced in large scale, the mechanical performance is excellent, and the production cost is low.
