NOVELTY - The system has an energy-saving device (10) for supplying fuel to flow. The energy-saving device is provided with a graphene shell (11). A magnet component is fixed on a side of the graphene shell. A quantum component is fixed on another side of the graphene shell. The fuel flows into the graphene shell after sequentially through the magnet component and the quantum component. A pipeline (141) is fixed with the energy-saving device. A connecting seat (20) is connected with the graphene shell. The connecting seat is provided with an upper protective cover (21) that is connected with the graphene shell. A lower protective cover (22) is connected with the graphene shell. The upper protective cover is clamped with the lower protective cover. A fixing seat (30) is connected with the connecting seat for fixing in a vehicle engine cabin. USE - Fuel engine graphene ultra-material quantum energy saving and emission reducing system. ADVANTAGE - The system can magnetize the fuel by setting the magnet component so as to cut a macromolecule chain of the fuel into small molecular chain, thus improving combustion efficiency of the fuel. The quantum component performs secondary treatment to the fuel through magnetic magnetization and oscillation wave, where the non-magnetically-cut fuel is vibrated in a ultra-fine micro-vibration wave, when the ultra-fine vibration wave and the natural vibration wave in fluid generate resonance under the action of the resonance wave, so that the molecule can change quality, molecular group with single molecule and connected in form of long chain, thus improving property of the fluid, and hence reducing engine carbon deposition.
