NOVELTY - Conductive and wave-absorbing functional aerated concrete includes 0.01-1 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.1-5 wt.% carbon fiber, 8-12 wt.% cement, 60-70 wt.% sulfur-fixing fly ash, 20-30 wt.% recycled stone powder, 0.1-0.4 wt.% foaming agent, 0.1-0.6 wt.% water reducing agent, 0.005-0.02 wt.% foam stabilizer and 1-5 wt.% chelating agent. USE - Conductive and wave-absorbing functional aerated concrete. ADVANTAGE - The conductive and wave-absorbing functional aerated concrete makes full use of solid wastes such as sulfur-fixed fly ash and recycled stone powder, reduces the environmental pollution caused by solid waste, and simultaneously replaces cement and lime with sulfur-fixed fly ash and recycled stone powder, which greatly reduces the production cost of aerated concrete, and has the advantages of conductivity, wave absorption, etc. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the conductive and wave-absorbing aerated concrete, which involves: (A) mixing the sulfur-fixing fly ash and the reclaimed stone powder and then grinding, then adding the cement and mixing to obtain a solid mixture A; (B) mixing the graphene oxide, the carbon fiber, the water reducing agent, the foam stabilizer, the chelating agent and water uniformly, then ultrasonically shaking for a period of time at a certain temperature, and then adding the fFoaming agent and stirring to obtain mixed liquid B; and (C) mixing and stirring the mixed liquid B and the solid mixture A, pouring into a mold, vent and shaping, then demolding and cutting, and autoclaving the cut sample for curing, and obtaining aerated concrete with conductive wave absorption function.
