NOVELTY - Positive electrode material comprises an inner layer material and a coating layer covering the inner layer material, the inner layer material is lithium iron manganese phosphate based compound (I), the coating layer comprises niobium carbide (Nb2C) MXene and carbon. USE - Positive electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The positive electrode material has good energy density and ion conductivity, improves the ion conductivity of the lithium iron phosphate positive electrode so that the capacity of the material positive electrode is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Positive electrode material comprises an inner layer material and a coating layer covering the inner layer material, the inner layer material is lithium iron manganese phosphate based compound of formula (LiFexMn1-xPO4) (I), the coating layer comprises niobium carbide (Nb2C) MXene and carbon. x is 0-0.5. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing positive electrode material which comprises: i. sanding the first slurry comprising manganese phosphate iron ammonia precursor, lithium source, carbon source and Nb2C MXene, the middle grain diameter of the first slurry is 0.1-1 microns, where the mol ratio of the lithium source and the manganese phosphate iron ammonia is 1:1-1:1.06; ii. drying the first slurry to obtain powder material under the condition of 680-800 ℃, sintering the powder material for 5-20 hours to obtain positive electrode material; and (2) a lithium-ion battery which comprises positive electrode material prepared by the positive electrode of material.
