▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves coating an organic colloid layer on a metal catalytic substrate and a graphene film. Corrosion liquid and the organic colloid layer are placed in the graphene film. The organic colloid layer and the graphene film combination are placed in deionized water and obtained a complete graphene film, where the metal catalytic substrate is made of iron, cobalt, molybdenum and copper and the organic colloid is polymethyl methacrylate or poly-dimethyl siloxane. The corrosion liquid is nitric acid, sulfuric acid and iron chloride. USE - Continuous graphene film distinguishing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables ensuring high repeatability, simple operation, and providing characterizing large scale production of the graphene film in an accurate manner, and avoiding need of an optical microscope. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating a continuous graphene film distinguishing method.
