NOVELTY - A bio-based thermoplastic polyurethane film comprises 20-40 pts. wt. bio-based diisocyanate, 45-75 pts. wt. bio-based polyol, 4-8 pts. wt. alkyl chain extender, 0.2-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. functional graphene oxide and 1-2 pts. wt. modified potassium permanganate solution. The bio-based polyol comprises castor oil-based polyol, rice husk-based polyol and beet pulp-based polyol in a mass ratio of 5-9:1-5:3-7. USE - Bio-based thermoplastic polyurethane film is useful in a food packaging, medical facility and medical device or textile material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bio-based thermoplastic polyurethane film has excellent heat resistance and biodegradability.
