NOVELTY - A graphene-modified polypropylene composite pipe material is prepared by stirring 1x 10-3-1 pt. wt. surface treatment agent and 1-1000 pts. wt. solvent, adding 1-100 pts. wt. graphene powder, stirring at high speed, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain modified graphene dispersion liquid, drying to obtain spherical graphite-modified graphene powder, adding 0.1-30 pts. wt. modified graphene powder to 100 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, adding 0.1-1 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-1 pt. wt. dispersant, mixing, and extruding and granulating to obtain modified graphene powder/polypropylene masterbatch. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified polypropylene composite pipe material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Composite pipe material has good mechanical property, anti-aging property, and low cost.
