NOVELTY - The device has a blood collection module provided with a blood collecting unit and a biosensor unit. The blood collecting module includes a body module and a blood sampling module. The biosensor unit includes an input electrode, an output electrode, a control electrode and a channel layer. The channel layer is made of graphene, and the blood received from the blood collecting unit is in contact with the channel layer, where the blood sampling module is detachable from the body module. A lancing needle is used to pierce the skin to collect the blood. A display unit displays output image corresponding to output data, and operation unit includes memory unit, and button for controlling analysis unit and display unit. USE - Used as a blood coagulation testing device. ADVANTAGE - The blood coagulation testing device has high sensitivity and test reliability by using graphene field effect transistor (GFET)-based biosensor unit.
