▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing an electrical connection structure comprising providing a carbon nanotube which comprises graphene sheet(s) as an electrode; contacting a carbon of the graphene sheet of the electrode with a biopolymer by electrostatic attraction forces between the electrode and the biopolymer; and applying a voltage between the electrode and the biopolymer after the providing and contacting steps, is new. USE - For the production of an electrical connection structure used in nanometer-scale device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The inventive method can provide electrical connection structure enabling electric wiring which electrically connects to a biopolymer or a protein in an efficient manner. It also enables nanometer-scale electric wiring.
