NOVELTY - A water-based phenolic epoxy resin-graphene anti-corrosion primer comprises component (A) comprising water-borne epoxy curing agent, titanium dioxide, aqueous aluminum silver paste, carbon black, graphene, nano barium sulfate, aqueous zinc phosphate, ferrotitanium powder, dispersing agent, anti-foaming agent, foaming agent, co-solvent, wetting agent, neutralizing agent, aqueous polyamide wax, anti-rust agent, and water, and component (B) comprising water-based phenolic epoxy resin emulsion. USE - Water-based phenolic epoxy resin-graphene anti-corrosion primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion primer improves water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt tolerance, acetone resistance and salt spray resistance of coating, promotes protective properties of coating by introducing graphene oxide, and satisfies requirements of market and industry needs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A water-based phenolic epoxy resin-graphene anti-corrosion primer comprises component (A) containing 15-20 pts. wt. epoxy curing agent, 10-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. aqueous aluminum silver paste, 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. carbon black, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. nano barium sulfate, 5-12 pts. wt. aqueous zinc phosphate, 15-22 pts. wt. ferrotitanium powder, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. dispersing agent, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. anti-foaming agent, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. foaming agent, 2-3.5 pts. wt. co-solvent, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. wetting agent, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. neutralizing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. aqueous polyamide wax, 0.5-1 pt. wt. anti-rust agent and 30-50 pts. wt. water, and component (B) comprising water-based phenolic epoxy resin emulsion. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of water-based phenolic epoxy resin-graphene anti-corrosion primer, which involves preparing component (A) by adding neutralizing agent, water-borne epoxy curing agent, dispersing agent, anti-foaming agent and anti-rust agent to deionized water, stirring at 400-600 rpm for 5-10 minutes, mixing titanium dioxide, carbon black and aqueous zinc phosphate at 400-600 rpm, stirring at 600-800 rpm for 15-20 minutes, grinding to a fineness of 30 micron, adding aqueous polyamide wax, nano barium sulfate, graphene and ferrotitanium powder at 400-600 rpm, stirring at 600-800 rpm for 15-20 minutes, adding a mixture of aqueous aluminum silver paste, co-solvent and wetting agent, stirring at 600-800 rpm for 5-10 minutes, and mixing component (A) with component (B).
