NOVELTY - Flame-retardant graphene film comprises 30-40 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-13 pts. wt. phosphorus trichloride, 30-40 pts. wt. methanol, 10-14 pts. wt. water, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc borate, 3-5 pts. wt. dammar resin, and 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent kh550. USE - Flame-retardant graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant graphene film is helps to improves activity and quality of graphene film flame retardant, and has good mechanical stability, and also has bacteriostatic performance and high quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing flame-retardant graphene film , which involves: (A) taking water and zinc borate into methanol, and adding silane coupling agent kh550, rising temperature at 60-70 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain dispersion of silane; (B) taking dammar resin, adding it in 60-70 times of dimethylformamide, and stirring uniformly to obtain ingacrylamide solution; (C) taking oxidized graphitealkene in 30-40 times of de-ionized water, and ultrasonically processing for 10-20 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion liquid; (D) taking N-methyl pyrrolidine; (E) adding into thegraphene dispersion liquid, stirring uniformly, and adding phosphorus trichloride, keeping stirring for 2-3 hours at 80-90 degrees C, and cooling to room temperature to obtain phosphate modified graphene solution; (F) taking mixed silanesolution, phosphate modified graphene solution, stirring uniformly, feeding into thereaction kettle, adjusting temperature of reaction kettle at 150-160 degrees C for 10-13 hours; (G) discharging, filtering, washing filter cake withwater, and drying at normal temperature to obtain retardant graphene; (H) taking flame retardantgraphene, adding to the solution, heat preservationfor 100-140 minutes at 50-60 degrees centigrade,uniformly coating on a glass plate into oven, dryingfor 70-75 hours at 10-13 degrees centigrade; and (I) discharging and cooling, uncovering to obtain flame retardant graphene film.
