NOVELTY - A coated rubber material comprises ureidopropyltriethoxysilane, dipropylene glycol, graphene oxide, N-hydroxysuccinimide, 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, styrene, an accelerant CZ, an antioxidant D, potassium persulfate, lanthanum chloride, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, a carbon fiber, 20-25% aqueous ammonia, a natural rubber, phenylethyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, sodium silicate, wollastonite powder, polypropylene glycol adipate, dimethylethanolamine, calcium fluoride, lecithin and sulfur. USE - Coated rubber material is used for composite silicon-base printing rubber roller. ADVANTAGE - The coated rubber material has excellent strength, weather resistance, comprehensive performance and service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A coated rubber material comprises 0.7-1 pt. wt. ureidopropyltriethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. wt. dipropylene glycol, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-7 pts. wt. N-hydroxysuccinimide, 10-12 pts. wt. 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, 7-9 pts. wt. p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 30-40 pts. wt. styrene, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerant CZ, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant D, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. potassium persulfate, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. lanthanum chloride, 2-3 pts. wt. ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 1.7-2 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 50-67 pts. wt. 20-25% aqueous ammonia, 100-130 pts. wt. natural rubber, 0.8-1 pt. wt. phenylethyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, 4-6 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 10-18 pts. wt. wollastonite powder, 2-3 pts. wt. polypropylene glycol adipate, 1-2 pts. wt. dimethylethanolamine, 3-4 pts. wt. calcium fluoride, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. lecithin and 0.8-1 pt. wt. sulfur.
