NOVELTY - The preparation method of composite electrode involves dispersing graphene oxide in water, adding quaternary phosphine salt, mixing, adding ammonium thiosulfate and hydrazine, mixing to obtain mixed solution, hydrothermally reacting, cooling, centrifuging, collecting solid product, washing, drying, thermally treating in a nitrogen or argon atmosphere to obtain graphene-molybdenum sulfide/nitrogen and phosphorus-doped graphene composite nanomaterial, and using composite nanomaterial as electrochemical lithium storage active material. USE - Preparation of graphene/molybdenum sulfide/nitrogen and phosphorus-doped graphene electrochemical lithium storage composite electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of graphene/molybdenum sulfide/nitrogen and phosphorus-doped graphene electrochemical lithium storage composite electrode easily and conveniently by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene-molybdenum sulfide/nitrogen and phosphorus-doped graphene electrochemical lithium storage composite electrode involves dispersing graphene oxide in water, adding quaternary phosphine salt, mixing, adding ammonium thiosulfate and hydrazine, mixing to obtain mixed solution, hydrothermally reacting, cooling down, centrifuging, collecting solid product, washing, drying, heat treating in a nitrogen or argon atmosphere to obtain graphene-molybdenum sulfide/nitrogen and phosphorus-doped graphene composite nanomaterial, and using composite nanomaterial as electrochemical lithium storage active material. The graphene oxide concentration in mixed solution is 20-60 mmol/l, quaternary phosphonium salt concentration is 10-180 mmol/l, and ammonium thiosulfate concentration is 10-60 mmol/l. The ratio of hydrazine and ammonium thiosulfate is 10 ml: 1 mmol. The molar ratio of graphene oxide and ammonium thiosulfate is 1:1-2:1. The molar ratio of quaternary phosphonium and ammonium thiosulfate is 1:1-3:1.
