NOVELTY - A continuous extrusion apparatus comprises extrusion die (1), core holder (2) arranged on extrusion die (1), and flow passage (3) for guiding mixed powder comprising axial section (31), split section (32) and spiral section (33). The mixed powder is pre-mixed by emulsifying graphene with alcohol, ultrasonically dispersing alcohol emulsified graphene for 0.5-1.0 hour to obtain mixed solution of graphene and alcohol, adding (-200)-400 meshes aluminum powder in batches of the mixed solution of graphene and alcohol, mixing at 40-60 degrees C at 100-500 rpm for 1-2 hours to obtaining semi-solid paste-like graphene aluminum mixed powder, vacuum degassing and continuously extruding the graphene/aluminum mixed powder. USE - Continuous extrusion apparatus for preparing graphene aluminum wires. ADVANTAGE - The graphene aluminum wire prepared by continuous extrusion apparatus has aluminum alloy strength and pure aluminum conductivity, excellent organization uniformity and performance stability, high material utilization rate up to 95%, saves energy, has simple process, high production efficiency and high product yield, achieves continuous production of the product without interval time, is suitable for mass production as well as for small batch and multi-variety production, has excellent product performance and high dimensional accuracy.
