NOVELTY - The method involves adopting low-viscosity graphene oxide slurry. The low-viscosity graphene oxide slurry simultaneously satisfies the conditions that the solid content is in the range of 6-8% and the viscosity is in the range of 1000-15000cP. A coating substrate comprises at least one of polyimide film (PI), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and polypropylene (PP). USE - The method is useful for primary coating forming reduced graphene oxide thick film by using an electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts the graphene oxide slurry with relatively high solid content and relatively low viscosity; has changed the graphene micro-sheet diameter; adjusts the functional groups and distribution on the graphene oxide micro-sheet, which enhances the bonding between graphene sheets and facilitates the formation of thick films; controls the speed of water evaporation by selecting suitable heating conditions and precisely control the thickness of the graphene oxide thick film and the finished product; re-arranges the graphene oxide thick film for long enough time in the drying process; avoids the generation of bad phenomena e.g. bubbles and delamination during the drying process; maintains the thermal conductivity while ensuring the coating speed; overcomes the undesirable phenomenon of the traditional coating method and the defects caused by the need for multiple laminations; and is easy to process and form, which is suitable for customized production of complex structure heat dissipation requirements.
