▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot-bismuth oxyiodide/manganese niobate ((NGQDs)-BiOI/MnNb2O6) p-n junction complex photocatalyst comprises dissolving bismuth nitrate pentahydrate (Bi(NO3)3.5H2O) in ethylene glycol, adding MnNb2O6 with uniform stirring, adding potassium iodide until color of solution gradually becomes orange, adding distilled water slowly into orange solution to form red precipitate, dissolving NGQDs into obtained solution, and reacting at 180 degrees C for 12 hours. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot-bismuth oxyiodide/manganese niobate p-n junction complex photocatalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process and low cost.
