NOVELTY - Preparation of flocculant for dehydrating sludge comprises (i) washing the bagasse raw materials with clean water, drying and processing bagasse in 30-50 degrees C oven, repeatedly drying the solid matter after mechanical crushing for 5-7 times, sieving with 25-mesh sieve, and removing the sieve; (ii) taking water as solvent, ultrasonically crushing for 8-15 minutes at power of 1500-2000 W under the condition of material-to-liquid ratio of 1:(6-10), sieving with 800-mesh sieve to obtain filtrate containing bagasse; (iii) adding acrylamide and graphene oxide to the filtrate containing bagasse under the action of mechanical mixing, introducing nitrogen, at 60-70 degrees C, dropping ammonium persulfate, reacting for 90-120 minutes, concentrating by vacuum distillation, drying at low temperature to obtain white powder; and (iv) mixing white powder with alumina, ferric sulfate and calcium carbonate uniformly, then grinding and sieving with 600-mesh sieve, and removing the sieve to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparation of flocculant for dehydrating sludge. ADVANTAGE - The flocculant has good sludge dehydrating effect, contains economical bagasse as main raw material (total amount of the flocculating agent of more than 50%), and has low cost and good economic value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of flocculant by adding 0.5-1% flocculant in sludge with a water content of 60-90%.
