NOVELTY - Manufacturing two-dimensional material involves positioning mixed solution (120) of organic solvent (122) in which a two-dimensional material (121) is dispersed on a substrate (110). A mold unit (130) is positioned on the mixed solution, where the mixed solution is moved to the inside of the mold unit by capillary action. The mold unit is sequentially expanded and contracted in which the mixed solution is contained so as to form vertically aligned nanopatterns on the two-dimensional material. The mold unit is removed to obtain the two-dimensional material in which the vertically aligned nanopatterns are formed. USE - Method for manufacturing a two-dimensional material. ADVANTAGE - The method manufactures the two-dimensional material in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner without using expensive equipment.
