NOVELTY - Composite flame retardant comprises rubber, solid flame retardants and liquid flame retardants, and the composite flame retardant also contains a flame retardant modifier. The flame retardant modifier is a diene liquid rubber containing one or more functional groups of isocyanate group, epoxy group and trialkoxysilyl propyl group. The diene-based liquid rubber includes at least one of butadiene-based, chloroprene-based, isoprene-based, 1,3-pentadiene-based, and cyclopentadiene-based. USE - Composite flame retardant. ADVANTAGE - The composite flame retardant react with the flame retardant and the rubber to enhance the bonding force between the flame retardant and the rubber and improve the dispersion of the flame retardant in the rubber matrix, has a strong bond with rubber, fully realizes the flame retardant effect in rubber, and improves the mechanical properties, low temperature performance, heat generation performance and fatigue resistance of the flame retardant and vibration damping rubber compound.
