NOVELTY - The sensor has a metal layer deposited on a substrate. A graphene layer is selected as a pattern transfer layer and located on an upper surface of the metal layer. USE - Nitrated graphene based ammonia gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has simple structure, low cost, high sensitivity, fast response speed, better repeatability, working at normal temperature and low measuring concentration lower limit. The sensor reduces graphene ammonia sensor working temperature, thus ensuring high sensitivity.
