NOVELTY - The anhydrous calcium based lubricating grease comprises 60-90 wt.% lubricating base oil, 5-30 wt.% anhydrous calcium based thickening agent, and 0.2-15 wt.% graphene. The graphene base oil is dispersed without precipitation in maximum amount of 8-12 mg. USE - Anhydrous calcium based lubricating grease. ADVANTAGE - The anhydrous calcium based lubricating grease ensures excellent temperature resistance, water and adhesion resistance, colloid stability, extreme pressure abrasion resistance, lubricating life, corrosion resistance and anti-salt resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anhydrous calcium based lubricating grease, which involves: (A) mixing graphene, base oil and calcium hydroxide to form a mixture; (B) carrying out saponification reaction at 80-100 degrees C; (C) adding rest base oil and necessary additives at 100-130 degrees C; and (D) grinding the formed mixture to form the finished product.
