NOVELTY - A graphene-modified aluminum foil hydrophilic coating contains 14-27 %mass acrylic resin, 14-27 %mass alcohol ether solvent, 5-12 %mass graphene powder, 1-5 %mass silver nanopowder, 2-7 %mass titanium dioxide nanopowder, 1-3 %mass additive and balance amount of deionized water. USE - Graphene-modified aluminum foil hydrophilic coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified aluminum foil hydrophilic coating has excellent uniform stability, antibacterial properties, mildew proof properties, anticorrosive properties and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene-modified aluminum foil hydrophilic coating, which involves adding graphene powder to alcohol ether solvent and stirring under speed of 1500 rpm to form graphene slurry under ultrasonic irradiation at magnetic field strength of 5000 GS, adding silver nanopowder and titanium dioxide nanopowder to the graphene slurry and stirring under speed of 1500 rpm, then adding acrylic resin and deionized water and stirring under speed of 1500 rpm, again adding additive and stirring under speed of 1500 rpm; and (2) using method of graphene-modified aluminum foil hydrophilic coating, which involves (a) cleaning aluminum foil surface to remove oil and degreasing, (b) then adding deionized water, 20 %mass epoxy resin, 15 %mass curing agent and 65 %mass alcohol ether solvent and coating on the surface of primer coating, (c) carrying out drying in drying box, where the amount of coating is 1 g/m2, (d) again coating on the surface of graphene modified primer coated aluminum foil hydrophilic coating, where the amount of coating is 0.25-0.60 g/m2, and (e) carrying out drying in drying box.
