USE - Electronic packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The product has density of 3.1 g/cm3 and thermal conductivity of 180 W/(m.K). It has improved comprehensive performance suitable for portable devices, aerospace and other military-power hybrid circuits for weight-sensitive areas, microwave tube carrier, multi-chip components heat sinks, and ultra-high-power module packaging materials.
