▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ionic oily non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproof coating comprises 40-50 pts. wt. modified asphalt, 10-15 pts. wt. cationic styrene butadiene latex, 2-4 pts. wt. rubber modifier, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene, 10-40 pts. wt. filler, 20-30 pts. wt. solvent, 0.2-2.5 pts. wt. viscosity modifier and 0.5-1 pts. wt. stabilizer. USE - Used as ionic oily non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproof coating. ADVANTAGE - The waterproof coating: utilizes graphene, which increases the anti-corrosion and flame-retardant properties of the waterproof coating; and utilizes modified asphalt, which improves the self-healing ability, durability, impact resistance and aging resistance of the coating. The reaction kettle: adopts a feeding pipe extending to the bottom at the feeding port, which is conducive to uniform mixing of the components, and thus reduces mixing time and improves production efficiency; and adopts a scraper on the drive shaft, which cleans the inner wall of the reactor; and has simple structure and strong practicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIM are also included for: (1) preparing the waterproof coating, comprising (i) adding solvent, modified asphalt, cationic styrene butadiene latex and rubber modifier into reaction kettle, heating at 150-180 degrees C and stirring for 40 minutes, (ii) raising the temperature to 190 degrees C, adding graphene and filler into the reaction kettle, and stirring for 30 minutes, (iii) adding viscosity modifier and stabilizer into the reaction kettle, and stirring for 40 minutes; and (2) reaction kettle for preparing the ionic oily non-curable rubber asphalt waterproof coating, comprising kettle body (1), jacket (2), stirring rod (3) and L-shaped scraper (11), where jacket is provided on the periphery of the kettle body, and support (9) is arranged in the upper middle position of the kettle body, and motor (7) is arranged above the support, output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected to a reducer (8), the reducer output shaft is fixedly connected with transmission sealing mechanism (6), and the transmission sealing mechanism (6) is located in the support (9), other end of the transmission sealing mechanism is fixedly connected with transmission shaft (4), bottom end of the transmission shaft is provided with a stirring rod (3), and the upper side of the transmission shaft is fixedly connected with a connection rod (10), the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with a spring (15), and a protective sleeve (14) is sheathed at one end of the connecting rod close to the spring, one end of the spring is away from the connecting rod and connected to the L-shaped scraper, the upper right side of the kettle body is provided with a feed port (5), the feed port and feed pipe (12) are in fixed connection, the feed pipe extends along the side wall of the kettle body to the bottom of the kettle body, and a discharge port (13) is provided at the middle of the bottom of the kettle body.
