NOVELTY - A modified oxidized graphene polyether imide nanofiltration membrane preparing method involves preparing modified oxidized graphene. Polyetherimide (PEI) is dissolved in organic solvent to completely dissolve to prepare the PEI solution, the synthesized graphene oxide is dispersed in PEI solution, uniformly dispersing the graphene oxide by ultrasonically and stirred to obtain membrane-making liquid followed by placing in overnight to remove air bubbles, mixing PEG-GO modified film liquid and membrane-making liquid uniformly pouring on substrate, soaking nascent film in water, drying. USE - Method for preparing modified oxidized graphene polyether imide nanofiltration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The membrane has improved permeation flux and rejection of the filter film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified oxidized graphene polyether imide nanofiltration membrane preparing method involves preparing modified oxidized graphene by adding a certain amount of graphene oxide (GO) into de-ionized water, adding a certain amount of polyethylene glycol (PEG), the mixture after stirring for a period of time for freezing and drying to obtain the modified graphene oxide (PEG-GO) film liquid. Polyetherimide (PEI) is dissolved in organic solvent in constant temperature stirring to completely dissolve to prepare the PEI solution of certain concentration, the synthesized graphene oxide is dispersed in PEI solution according to a certain proportion, uniformly dispersing the graphene oxide by ultrasonically and stirred to obtain membrane-making liquid followed by placing in overnight to remove air bubbles, mixing PEG-GO modified film liquid and membrane-making liquid uniformly pouring on the dry and clean, smooth substrate, using scraper to scrape a certain thickness of wet film in the air for a certain time after the wet film and substrate into gel bath, fully phase conversion to obtain nascent film, soaking nascent film in the deionized water, drying nascent film after post-treatment with chemical crosslinking to obtain product.
