▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite film comprises graphene oxide and polyacrylonitrile fibers. The graphene oxide is interspersed between the interlaced stacked polyacrylonitrile fibers to form a three-dimensional network support structure. The porosity of the composite film is 18-27%, the water flux is 330-850 l/m2hours, and the specific surface area is 15-400 m2/g. USE - The composite film is useful for purifying dye wastewater, preferably methylene blue dye and malachite green dye wastewater. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has malachite green dye removal rate of 78-94.5% and adsorption capacity of 9-18 mg/g, has methylene blue dye removal rate of 70-98% and adsorption capacity of 7.8-13 mg/g, has malachite green dye or methylene blue dye removal rate of remains at 65-91% after repeated use for 4 times, breaking strength of 1.28139-1.44552 N, and elongation at break of 19.69-23.56%. The method is simple and suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite film, comprising subjecting inorganic dispersion solution of graphene oxide and the polyacrylonitrile solution to conjugate electrospinning.
